Day 1 - Airport meet & greet and transfer to your city hotel. Overnight at Rincón del Valle Hotel or similar
Day 2 - Transfer to the Sarapiquí River and enjoy a 9-mile journey in a narrow low-volume river. Continue to magnificent Arenal Volcano, Costa Rica’s most active volcano. Pick up at your hotel for your transfer to Ecotermales del Bosque Hot Springs. Soak your tired muscles in the crystalline hot springs while you and your children play in warm pools. Overnight at Arenal Kioro, or similar. Meals: (B,L,D)
Day 3 - Arenal Volcano & Monteverde Cloud Forest:
After breakfast our journey starts at Arenal dam, where you will board a boat for a 25 minute ride across the lake. Following, a four by four vehicle will drive you to Monteverde, Costa Rica`s premier cloud forest preserve. Overnight at charming Cloud Forest Lodge or similar. Meals: (B)
Day 4 - Monteverde Cloud Forest: After a restful night in the cool mountain air, you’ll head to SkyWalk: a system of trails and suspension bridges through the cloud forest canopy. The afternoon will be open for you and your family to explore the area. Overnight at Cloud Forest Lodge or similar. Meals: (B)
Day 5-7 - Guanacaste and the Pacific Coast
After breakfast, you’re off for a 4 hours drive that will take you down out of the lowlands of Tamarindo on Costa Rica’s northern Pacific coast. Overnight at Tamarindo Diria Hotel, or similar. Meals: (B)
Day 7 - Morning on the beach. Afternoon ground transfer to San José. Overnight at Rincón del Valle Hotel or similar. Meals: (B)
Day 8 - Departure transfer to the Juan Santamaria International Airport
