Day 1
Arrival in Costa Rica – Travel to Monteverde, approximately 2.5 hours (127 km) |

You will be met at the Liberia International Airport by a representative of your rental car agency. Once you’re familiar with your vehicle and the upcoming itinerary, drive through the panoramic countryside and into the misty mountains of Monteverde blanketed in rain and cloud forests.

Drive to Liberia – Departure from the LIR International Airport, 4 hours (183 km) |

After a final romantic pool-side breakfast, gather your belongings and head out for the scenic trip back to the LIR Airport in Liberia. The relaxing drive will take you past sleepy towns, giant Guanacaste trees, and western-style cattle ranches. Return your rental car and have a safe and enjoyable flight home.
